GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) – MIB TRANSFEROVERVIEW
Welcome to MIB Transfer. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MIB Transfer. MIB Transfer offers exclusive transportation and charter services (chauffeur service, yacht and jet charter) to provide you with a premium travel experience (the “Services”).
By visiting our website or making a booking with us, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 1 – DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
MIB Transfer arranges and provides high-quality passenger transportation services as well as charter services for yachts and private jets. The depiction of vehicles, vessels, or aircraft on the website is for illustrative purposes only; a claim to a specific model exists only with express written confirmation. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent or superior replacement vehicle/model if necessary.
SECTION 2 – BOOKING AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
By submitting a booking request, you are making a binding offer. The contract is only concluded when MIB Transfer confirms the booking in writing (via email or messenger) and payment or equivalent security (credit card) has been received.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION POLICY (IMPORTANT)
Since our services require the exclusive provision of personnel and equipment, the following conditions apply to cancellations by the customer:
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service: Cancellation is free of charge. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start of the service: We charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed total price.
No-show without prior notification: In the event of a no-show at the agreed time and location, the full booking price (100%) is due.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@mibtransfer.eu or through the contact methods specified in the booking confirmation.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT. Additional costs may apply to yacht and jet charters (e.g., fuel, landing fees, catering, berth fees), which will be itemized separately or charged according to actual expenses.
SECTION 5 – SERVICE PERFORMANCE & WAITING TIMES
Chauffeur service: The price includes a 15-minute waiting period (45 minutes from landing at airports). Additional waiting time may be charged separately.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (extreme weather forecasts for yachts/jets, closures beyond our control, air traffic control). In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an alternative solution or rebooking.
SECTION 6 – CONDUCT ON BOARD & LIABILITY
The customer is liable for all damage to the vehicles, yachts, or jets caused by them or their companions (e.g., through improper use or excessive soiling). Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles and aircraft unless expressly agreed otherwise.
SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MIB Transfer is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract, unless there is injury to life, body, or health.
SECTION 8 – DATA PROTECTION
Your data will be processed to handle your booking. Details can be found in our privacy policy at [LINK]. As our shop is based on Shopify, some data is also processed by Shopify to ensure the technical execution of the booking.
SECTION 9 – APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the country in which MIB Transfer has its registered office. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the company's registered office.
